Microfiction
No one ever talked to him. I didn’t know why. He always sat by himself at lunch, he always walked in the hallways reading never looking at people, barely even noticing they were there. I was in a couple of classes with him and he didn’t answer any questions, and the teachers never called on him. If it wasn’t for mandatory school, most people thought he would be a recluse in a basement somewhere. I however, was fascinated. I thought he was cute, he was smart too, he had straight A’s. As far as I could tell, the only reason he didn’t talk to anybody because they didn’t talk to him. I never found the right time to go and introduce myself. He was always by himself and reading, I was intimidated. I’ll do it tomorrow I told myself everyday. One day, there was no tomorrow. Not for him anyway. He had killed himself. They found him holding a book.

omgggg kelly this is soo sad, some of sam's sad/emo stories are rubbing off on you. But i like how when they found him dead he was holding a book, that was interesting its almost foreshadowing his death from the start.
awwwww kelly! this is good, and sad. [M NO ONE LOVES YOU IM SURPRISED YOU HAVENT STARTED WRITING EMO PEICES] but yeahhh its really good, i have a feeling this is how im gonna die, with a book in my hands and headphones on that were blasting evanescence as i slowly slipped into solitude. but for the time being, lets live!!!!! <3
ok kelly i had to recomment because i loved your microfiction so much! [SAM I HAVE FRIENDS, THATS THE REASON I DONT WRITE EMO STORIES YOU ON THE OTHER HAND MIGHT NOT CAUSE YOU WRITE EMO STORIES! YEAHHHH BURNNN!]
awww kelly this peice is so good really i just cant stop reading it! [M I HAVE PLENTY OF FRIENDS, I'M JUST IN MOURNING FOR OUR GENERATION THATS SCREWING EVERYTHING UP AS WE GO ALONG, WITCH IS WHY I CHOOSE NOT TO SOCIALIZE SO MUCH. BESIDES, YOUR THE ONLY FRIEND I NEED, GOD!]
Jesus christ what is it with this group and depressing pieces?
What book?
Good story. Perhaps you can be a little more elusive in your ending...perhaps say "they found him" but not divulge what happened, but definitely include the book.
The title--that is the key...the book should reveal much about the character.
this is Really well written. i love the surprise of the ending!
